This 30-minute session is designed to provide you with practical guidance and clear answers to your questions related to financial management, business management, and taxation. During this consultation, you will speak with a CPA who will put their expertise at your service. Au cours de cette consultation, vous échangerez avec un CPA qui mettra son expertise à votre service. Pour optimiser votre temps, veuillez préparer à l’avance les questions ou les sujets que vous souhaitez aborder.

Booking Policy for Consultation Call with JLM Consulting. Availability Upon booking, the selected time slot will be reserved for you, and a CPA will be assigned to your consultation. Confirmation Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your scheduled discovery call Consultation Fee The consultation fee is non-refundable after 24 hours from the booking. This fee covers the time and expertise provided by our CPA during the scheduled meeting. Rescheduling Rescheduling of appointments is allowed once up to 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time without any penalty. If you wish to reschedule within this timeframe, please contact us promptly to make the necessary arrangements. No-Show Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe or not showing up for the appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Professional Conduct We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a professional manner during the consultation. Any inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the meeting without refund. Late Arrival Clients are encouraged to join the virtual meeting promptly at the scheduled time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us in advance. However, please note that the meeting will still end at the originally scheduled time and late arrival may result in a shortened consultation. Purpose Purpose of the consultation call is to provide clients with an opportunity to seek expert advice and guidance on accounting, tax, business, or management-related questions or concerns they may have.. Duration The duration of the consultation will be as specified at the time of booking. If additional time is needed, arrangements can be made subject to availability and additional fees. Virtual Meeting The consultation will be conducted via a virtual meeting platform. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have access to a stable internet connection for the duration of the meeting. Confidentiality: All information shared during the discovery call will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
