Cancellation Policy

JLM CPA Coaching Program Calls Policy Our Coaching Program Calls Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations regarding scheduling, attendance, and conduct during coaching calls. 1. Scheduling Calls: a. Clients are responsible for scheduling their coaching calls in advance through the designated scheduling platform or by contacting their assigned coach directly. b. Coaching calls should be scheduled at mutually convenient times for both the client and the CPA, taking into consideration time zone differences and other scheduling constraints. 2. Attendance and Punctuality: a. Clients are expected to attend all scheduled coaching calls punctually. Late arrivals may result in shortened call durations at the discretion of the coach. b. In the event that a client needs to reschedule a coaching call, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Duration of Calls: a. Each coaching call is typically scheduled for one hour unless otherwise agreed upon between the client and the coach. b. Clients should be prepared to devote the entire scheduled time to the coaching session to maximize the benefits of the program. 4. Recording Calls: a. Recording of coaching meeting by clients is strictly prohibited b. JLM CPA reserves the right to record coaching meetings for training, quality assurance, and review purposes, with prior notification to the participants. 5. Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have access to a stable internet connection and suitable audio and video equipment for virtual coaching meetings. 6. Feedback and Communication: a. Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to their coach regarding the coaching program and their overall experience to facilitate continuous improvement. b. Any concerns or questions regarding coaching calls or program logistics should be communicated promptly to the JLM CPA By participating in JLM CPA's Coaching Program, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the Coaching Program Calls Policy.
